A RETREAT TO REST, RECONNECT & REMEMBER

Sophia specializes in integrating yoga, sound healing, and contemplative practices that restore the nervous system while awakening creativity, intuition, and inner vitality. Vickie brings decades of expertise in therapeutic yoga and mindful movement, skillfully guiding students toward greater strength, balance, and embodied awareness. Together, they create a transformational experience that is both deeply restorative and profoundly practical: Where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern nervous system science. Through personalized guidance in a warm, welcoming environment, participants not only experience deep renewal, but leave with practical tools to navigate everyday life with greater resilience, presence, and Joy.
Rooted in the traditions of yoga, each class includes emphasis on alignment, balance, and a deeper understanding of the intention behind the Asana. (pose).
