Escape to the lush jungles and golden beaches of Nosara, Costa Rica for a soul-nourishing week of yoga, nature, and connection. This truly special retreat is designed to help you recharge your energy, revitalize your spirit, and reconnect with yourself and community.
This all-inclusive retreat takes place at the stunning Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort — a sanctuary for rest, movement, and mindful living. You’ll enjoy twice-daily yoga practices in beautiful jungle shalas (including an aerial yoga studio!), delicious healthy meals, and ample time to relax or explore.
Optional Excursions (extra cost): Surf lessons, waterfall hikes, horseback rides on the beach, kayaking through mangroves, wildlife watching & nature tours, Spa treatments & massage therapy.

Scenic 2.5-hour shuttle to resort (not included, approx. $50 each way for shared, $170 for for private.)

Meet your Retreat Leaders
Vickie Morse Vickie Morse (she/her) started practicing yoga over 40 years ago. As a single mom, it was a valued stress release! Vickie began teaching a group of her fellow equestrians, and in a health club where she worked on the management team.
A perennial student of yoga, Vickie has a style that reflects her varied training from numerous mentors, and continues to grow her practice with specialty training in multiple avenues of yoga and fitness. While she loves teaching a sweat-producing, heart-pumping power class, Vickie equally enjoys her time working with kids and senior populations; she has certifications in Kids Yoga, Senior Yoga, Chair Yoga, Fusion Yoga, and Yoga for Osteoporosis. She is a certified "Matter of Balance" Coach, a SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) Fitness Instructor, and recently became certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. Along with traditional Hatha and Vinyasa style, Vickie enjoys fusing styles to create an innovative, safe, and playful practice within a nurturing environment.
Vickie lives on a small farm in Sonoma County where she raised her two daughters and now shares the property with her youngest daughter and her family, including her grandson. When she's not teaching yoga she enjoys horseback riding, gardening, hiking, reading, and exploring nature.
Sophia Mallie (she/her) a yoga instructor, singer and massage therapist from San Francisco CA. She first found yoga when she was moving forward in a dancing career, but having a hard time in life. Through the struggle of perfectionism, self-criticism, and an eating disorder, she found healing and balance through yoga, Her passion is to help others feel at home in their body, connect to inspiration, & use the power of the mind to grow more happiness. She brings over 10 years of teaching experience to her classes which weave a combination of uplifting music, intelligent sequencing, alignment, breath work, meditation & sound healing for a transformative full body experience. She is known for her fun, compassionate nature & her ability to provide support to the needs of each student. When she isn't on the yoga mat, you'll find her dancing, swimming, performing music or traveling to her next retreat destination!
